The MonDak API meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, except June, July, August and December. Monthly meetings are held at The Fringe Sidney Country Club in Sidney, Montana.

The evening begins with a social hour at 6:30 PM, followed by a meal at 7:00 PM, and concludes with an industry speaker starting at 7:30 PM.
